It was a pampered day of fun-filled shopping sprees and makeovers for lucky Durbanite Zama Mkhize.
The appealing lass from Chesterville, Durban, was on Tuesday cashing in the top prize of a Revlon makeover worth R10000 she had won in the Sowetan Women's Club forum, held in her hometown.
Zama was flown all the way to Johannesburg for a shopping spree at the trendy Sandton City shopping centre, which was followed by a hair and make-up makeover, courtesy of Le Gents' beauty salon and Revlon.
Coordinated by style guru Doris Msibi, Zama's new look was the embodiment of glamour and elegance. The black-and-white outfit comprised a striped satin shirt and hipster pencil skirt that was completed with vintage-style pumps and matching handbag.
"This makeover has changed me quite a bit," said Mkhize.
Revlon, one of the sponsors for Sowetan's popular Women's Club forums, supplies gifts and product sponsorship hampers and also a R10000 Revlon makeover for one lucky winner at each and every forum.
