Singer Mary J Blige and Outkast star Big Boi have teamed up to support struggling homeowners in the US - backing a campaign to raise awareness of the country's foreclosure crisis.
The current global economic crisis has left many property owners unable to pay their mortgage, leading to a massive rise in the number of repossessed properties.
Blige and Big Boi have signed up to the Bringing the Hope Home programme, joining fellow campaigners in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday on board the group's special bus which is in the middle of a four-city tour.
On each stop, campaigners offer homeowners the chance to review their situation with housing counsellors and mortgage lenders.
And Blige is delighted to be able to help, telling AllHipHop.com: "Foreclosure rates in Atlanta have risen drastically in recent years. So I want to do what I can to help." - Wenn
