A 63-year-old man and his teenage son have been arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping their stepdaughter and half-sister and fathering three of her children.
They were arrested in Mpumalanga on Monday and charged with rape and statutory rape.
The man's 28-year-old stepdaughter is again pregnant after being raped.
Her ordeal started when she was 12 years old, said police.
The family lives on a farm in Leslie. The victim's half-brother is a Grade 7 pupil at a local school.
Dimpho Nkosi of Mpumalanga provincial police in Nelspruit said the two briefly appeared in the Evander magistrate's court yesterday.
