Mega rally proves ruling party's popularity

There is no stopping the ANC now.

How does one explain the hundreds of thousands of people who attended the rally at the Ellis Park precinct in Johannesburg on Sunday?

The ANC is a popular mass-based political organisation and this will be proven on election day when Jacob Zuma takes over as the country's president.

The last time we saw such a response was during the Mandela era. It seems as if history is repeating itself. Zuma will be as popular as Mandela when the ANC wins the elections with an overwhelming majority.

All those unfounded critics who said Mandela was forced to attend rallies have been silenced.

The weekend mega rally was the rubber stamp to an ANC victory and there is no stopping the organisation now.

Let us all live with the fact that the ANC will rule till Jesus returns.
