Voters who qualify for special voting will cast their ballots at various stations on Monday and Tuesday .
Special voting is open to people who will not be able to vote on April 22 because of official duty, illness or disability.
These include pregnant women, election officers, government officials and members of security services.
About 19000 polling stations in the country will open at 7am on Wednesday. Only people whose names are on the voters' roll and are in possession of a green bar-coded ID or a temporary identification certificate will be allowed to vote.
