Spoiled for choice at Gateway

It is that time of the year again. A plethora of public holidays await and there are long weekends to fill with debauchery. For many, Durban immediately comes to mind for its sea, sun and one of the country's finest shopping malls.

It is that time of the year again. A plethora of public holidays await and there are long weekends to fill with debauchery. For many, Durban immediately comes to mind for its sea, sun and one of the country's finest shopping malls.

Yet again, Gateway will not disappoint. The mall's roster is packed with events to keep you entertained. From the Imax to the Wave House, you will be absolutely spoiled for choice.

The mall has a "I Love Science" Easter holiday programme which runs untilApril 14. The programme also includes a Keedo Tea Party, at which Keedo will launch a new range of rag dolls.

It will take place at the Science Centre and all budding Einsteins and rag-doll lovers are welcomed.

There is also the Fanta Free Day on Saturday. This is a sponsored day by the soft-drink's manufacturer in which the public can enjoy all the activities of the Wave House for free.

Activities include D-Rex rides, Flowrider rides, access to the skate park and the new super tubes.

While the kids splash about in the Wave House, their parents can enjoy the spectacular Elvis Forever show at the Barnyard Theatre.
