Review what you spend and look at ways you can save money and decide what you can save on.

The other way is to establish a personal budget. This is essential for families and individuals. You will not be able to save money unless you know how much money you earn and spend. Think about shopping and buying in bulk. Prepared foods and convenience foods will always be much more expensive than the generic ingredients needed to make the food.
