Twenty-eight female guards were unfairly dismissed by a security company because the client‚ Metrora.
Nani Ndlazi travelled all the way from Mamelodi in Tshwane to attend the Congress of the People rally in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni.
"I started with Cope at the Sandton Convention Centre. I have been to their rallies in Bloemfontein. I want to go to all their rallies so that I can understand the party that I'm voting for," said Ndlazi.
She was one of the hundreds of people who attended the Cope rally at Tembisa's Mehlareng Stadium to listen to the party's presidential candidate Mvume Dandala, pictured, on Human Rights Day. Dandala promised that he would never lead a government that lied to the people.
"The problem with this country is not policies but the lack of determination and will to make policies real," he said.
