Sadly, these fake colleges aim to exploit mostly black children. We are relieved that after exposing one of these so-called institutions in Soweto, the owner, Sane Salif, was arrested last week on fraud charges.
We will not delve into the merits of the case, but what is known is that parents have been allegedly swindled of thousands of rands at this bogus college. Affected parents will be relieved to see the college shut down.
