Doctor Peter Chadderton made the recommendation after witnessing Sixakuma dislocate his shoulder during his fight in the finals of the Baby Champs.

Some people say he took too much pounding from Mfundo Gwayana while others, especially those, who attended their weigh-in, believe Msophi should have been rescued from the fight by the doctor. They say he'd basically shed too much weight to be allowed to enter the ring.
Obviously the doctor ruled he was fit to box. Why then was this doctor's order not ignored?
Why did people not exercise caution for the welfare of a fighter by pulling him out because he was in no condition to fight?
Because lay-people like you and me have no medical knowledge hence we rely on doctors. That's why we should heed their advice.
Jail should be home to those who, on a whim, disobey doctors' recommendations.
