BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM COMBO
Fry a packet of whole mushrooms in a little olive oil. Add half a pack of McCain Young & Tender Broccoli.
Braise over high heat, about one minute. Add 300ml milk into which you've whisked a packet of mushroom sauce powder. Allow sauce to come to the boil and thicken. Season and serve.
BUTTERED CAULIFLOWER AND PEARS
Microwave according to the pack instructions, half a packet McCain Young and Tender Cauliflower and two peeled, cubed pears. Simmer with lid on for two minutes. Remove lid, add a knob of butter and turn up the heat.
Toss until lightly brown, sticky and glossy. Season and serve.
1. Use washed-and-ready bags of spinach or Romaine lettuce for salads.
2. Buy canned or bottled sauces and dressings.
3. Buy shredded cheese.
4. Use recipes with short ingredient lists.
