Bulls hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle will be in the starting line-up when his team take on the Lions in a Super 14 derby at Ellis Park Stadium tomorrow at 5pm.
This is thanks to the team's rotation policy.
In their opening games at Loftus against Australia's Reds and the Blues from New Zealand, Ralepelle started from the bench. Hopefully the Springbok hooker will prove his worth against the Lions and further impress coach Frans Ludeke.
With Ralepelle in the starting 15, Derick Kuun will be used as an impact player and will sit next to prop Rayno Gerber, who has recovered from a groin injury.
Ludeke said: "The Bulls are very privileged to have two high-quality hookers available.
"I think the match against the Lions is a great opportunity for Chiliboy to show his worth."
Still wounded after their 10-25 defeat to the Sharks at the weekend, coach Eugene Eloff and his Lions troops will be gunning for a second win of the season.
Full weekend fixtures:
Today: Crusaders v Hurricanes (Christchurch); Waratahs v Highlanders (Sydney).
Tomorrow: Chiefs v Sharks (Hamilton); Brumbies v Western Force (Canberra); Lions v Bulls (Ellis Park); Stormers v Blues (Newlands).
