The African Christian Democratic Party president pulled no punches at the party's election manifesto that hosted about 4 500 people in Soweto at the weekend.
Reverend Kenneth Meshoe accused the ANC of being corrupt and lacking integrity by protecting corrupt members.
Meshoe questioned the innocence of individuals who claim to be innocent of corruption charges levelled against them, but refuse to have their innocence proven in c ourt .
He said, unlike the current government, his party would not protect any individuals who face corruption charges by redeploying them within the party, instead of having them face the full force of the law.
He also accused the ANC of employing unskilled individuals who bribed their way into office.
He said the ACDP will ensure justice for all by implementing laws measured against biblical laws. According to their manifesto, they will implement a zero-tolerance strategy on crime, re-establish the Scorpions and introduce capital punishment for serious offences.
Meshoe also spoke strongly on how the ACDP will restore society's moral regeneration and integrity . - Sowetan Online
