In the Mother City tomorrow at 6pm, Ajax Cape Town have to beat AmaZulu to remain in the race for the Absa Premiership championship title.

This was after the Urban Warriors went down 2-1 to relegation-threatened Bloemfontein Celtic in Mangaung last weekend.

AmaZulu, who have lost four of their last five games, are also still in mourning after their 2-1 loss to Maritzburg United.

Usuthu beat Ajax 2-0 in their last meeting in a game where the players were forced to leave the field due to poor visibility with 20 minutes remaining.

The game resumed later.

l Lamontville Golden Arrows welcome Thanda Royal Zulu in a KwaZulu-Natal derby at Hammersdale Stadium on Sunday.

Arrows walloped Royal 3-0 in their first-round clash and their coach, Manqoba Mngqithi, is hoping they will prevail again to revive their challenge for the league title.
