Relegation haunted Bloemfontein Celtic fought for a deserved 2-1 win over Ajax Cape Town in a thrilling Absa Premiership match at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium yesterday.
The hosts, firing from all cylinders, scored in the 22nd minute through Moses Spandeel. He beat Ajax keeper Andre Petit with a brilliant left-footed strike.

The Team of Choice bounced back strongly in the second half and their efforts were rewarded when Bruce Aka equalised in the 70th minute.
Three minutes later, second half substitute Collin Zimba, who came on for Lynch Pule, scored the all important goal.
