President Kgalema Motlanthe says he will complain to the Press Ombudsman about Sunday Independent's article two weeks ago which alleged that he was involved in an extramarital relationship with Lebo Makoe, who he has also allegedly impregnated.
Speaking to journalists at a media briefing yesterday, a composed Motlanthe said: "I think I will drop a line to the Press Ombudsman.
"He has the time and opportunity to look into this."
Yesterday the Sunday Independent ran another story revealing that Makoe, whose real name is Kelebogile Mmokwa, had lied about being involved with Motlanthe.
She said she had never been in a relationship with Motlanthe, and that she had made up the story.
However, in an interview with our sister paper, Sunday World, the controversial Makoe confessed that she was going to be a mother for the second time. She said her first born was also Motlanthe's baby.
