Children as young as seven are now barred from staying there following complaints that they are naughty and the environment is not suitable for them.
The ban will obviously destroy the bond between mother and child and expose the kids to dangers because of lack of parental guidance.
The local council, which has promised to investigate the matter, should rather turn the hostel into family units instead of introducing regulations that could destroy families.
