The ANC must not make the same mistake of deploying comrades who will disregard the instructions of Luthuli House when they are in power.

It is also important that the new members change their attitude about service delivery. Cabinet ministers who did not perform should give others a chance to fulfil the total emancipation of the poor African masses.

We salute comrade Zwelinzima Vavi for not being tempted by political power. In the hearts of workers and the unemployed masses, he is a hero of our struggle against poverty, unemployment, price fixing, HIV-Aids and the other social ills that continue to cause misery. Not being part of the government will give Vavi time to assess the performance of those deployed to serve our masses.

Come rain or shine, the ANC will be victorious and my vote will go to this glorious movement of the people.
