ANC carrying many scandals

In an advanced democracy the ANC would have lost the elections long before the actual date.

In an advanced democracy the ANC would have lost the elections long before the actual date.

Because the ANC is arrogant it does not care about its reputation.

It enters the elections with lots of scandals, almost worse than Richard Nixon's Watergate scandal.

The face of the elections, Jacob Zuma, is facing serious charges of corruption, racketeering, money-laundering and tax evasion.

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for health Peggy Nkonyeni is facing a serious corruption case.

Her department has overspent by billions of rands, which has led to the collapse of the public health system in the province, with some hospitals being unable even to buy toilet paper and condoms.

The scandal about the SAPS officers sabotaging the Tony Yengeni case would be a great campaign issue against the ANC in advanced democracies.

In Pietermaritzburg two ANC councillors are facing fraud cases. The killing of the Bombela municipality chief whip whistle-blower Jimmy Mohlala is another scandal that should have cost the ANC many votes.

A sober ANC should not field Zuma, Nkonyeni, Yengeni and Travelgate MPs in its list of prospective representatives.
