WOUNDED AUSSIES GAIN REVENGE IN T20

Australia 182-9 beat South Africa 130 by 52 runs yesterday despiteDuminy's gallant fight.

Debutant David Warner battered South Africa. The 22-year-old, who has yet to make his first class debut but has impressed in domestic one-dayers for New South Wales, blasted 89 runs off 43 balls.

Australia scored 182-9 off their 20 overs and South Africa struggled early in their reply.

They slumped to 12-3 and although JP Duminy conjured an inventive 78 off 48 balls, Australia were easy winners.
