I worked for Nthato Mothlana for 12 years. He was a strict but fair man who was good to all his staff. He was approachable, a father and ready to advise us.
One time I applied for insurance I had seen on TV. He asked me if I really needed it. He then increased my salary to take care of the extra money I would have to pay.
After that he made everyone read newspapers, even the financial pages. He encouraged us to buy shares and to save for the future. He was willing to discuss any subject we brought up. We will all miss him.
