Lamontville Golden Arrows return to the comfort of home after suffering their first defeat of the season in the Absa Premiership last Wednesday.

And, Abafana Bes'thende believe that they should be ready to compete against reigning champions SuperSport United tomorrow because they've had enough time to recover.

They meet at King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi and kickoff is at 3.30pm.

Arrows had gone nine matches without defeat before Kaizer Chiefs pipped them 1-0 at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday, last week.

But Manqoba Mngqithi's side fought gallantly against Amakhosi and they could get a positive result if they maintain their standard.

Matsatsantsa dropped two valuable points when they drew 0-0 against basement club Bloemfontein Celtic on the day.

The home side will be without the suspended Siyabonga Sangweni. Unlike in the Chiefs' match, Mngqithi should start with Richard Henyekane as he can unsettle the visitors with an early goal.

Abia Nale, who did not play against Chiefs, should also be considered tomorrow because his trickery in midfield could prove a handful for Gavin Hunt's side.

United will have Letladi Madubanya back from suspension but they will still be minus the injured Daine Klate and Andre Arendse.

Katlego Mashego and Fikru Tefera have the aptitude to find the net for the champions.

l Bidvest Wits and AmaZulu meet at Milpark Stadium tonight at 8 and Usuthu will need to pull out all the stops to beat The Students.

Usuthu are motivated after they managed a 1-0 win over Wits with a depleted squad at the same venue last season.
