According to Sheila Naidoo, general manager of the vehicle division, the interest was only matched by the attendance.
The auction team sprung into action and so it continued, quickly and effortlessly, with much excitement and enthusiasm.
Some exceptional sales were recorded. A 2008 Aston Martin Vantage Convertible sold for R1,5 million, a 2006 Audi Q7 for R400000 and a damaged Mercedes Benz 2007 SLK 55 changed hands for R320000.
Naidoo remarked: "This was an exceptional auction. We look forward to maintaining our standards and offering fine cars to discerning buyers."
Aucor's next auction on December 13 at 10.30am will be a double offering.
The auction starts with an outdoor lifestyle auction. It will include everything ranging from caravans to motor boats, quad-bikes, motor cycles, jet skis and a host of other interesting offerings. This is followed by another spectacular Supercar sale on the same day. It starts at 12.30pm.
