Known as Matchville, the project will help by making transport available for all the games.
Irvin Khoza, chairman of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), said: "This innovation by Fifa will be introduced for the first time in the history of the World Cup in 2010.
"The aim is to ensure that supporters will be able to attend the games where their country is playing in big numbers without having transport challenges.
"For example, if a particular country is based in Johannesburg and they have a game in Polokwane, their supporters will also be able to follow them on match day."
Khoza said there were hordes of supporters from across the globe keen to follow their teams, saying the LOC was ready to offer them memorable African treatment.
On the upgrading of stadiums for the 2009 Confederations Cup, Khoza commended Royal Bafokeng Holdings for making an extra R88 million available for the venue.
Royal Bafokeng has contributed R160 million towards the upgrading of the stadium.
"Bafokeng did not wait for government to upgrade the stadium, they have also come to the party, which we highly appreciate," said Khoza.
"Overall, the process of upgrading the four stadiums for the Confederations Cup is going well.
"We are monitoring [progress] to make sure that we remain well on track."
The other three venues being upgraded for the "Festival of Champions" are Loftus (Tshwane), Free State (Mangaung) and Ellis Park (Johannesburg).
The draw for the tournament takes place in Sandton on Saturday where Fifa top brass, including federation president Sepp Blatter and Jerome Valcke, will also be present.
