All roads will lead to Mafikeng in North West where the much-vaunted South African derby between Kaizer Chiefs and blood rivals Orlando Pirates takes place.
This is a game that is bound to fill Mmabatho Stadium to the rafters when the two giants of soccer meet on Saturday at 4pm.
Chiefs' communications manager Siya Makunga has appealed to football lovers going to the match to use communal transport to ease traffic congestion and avoid the high rate of accidents.
He said security will be tight at this A-category match and that people without tickets won't be allowed near the stadium.
"We're not doing well and the sales are going at a slow pace, this is a worrying factor to us," Makunga said. He hopes ticket sales will pick up as the week progresses.
Meanwhile, Chiefs have denied a statement by Siphelele Mthembu that he was not party to their appeal against the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber ruling that he belonged to Pirates.
"These reports are news to us," said Bobby Motaung, Chiefs' team manager. "We refute the allegations that the player was not consulted about our decision to appeal against the DRC verdict. The matter was discussed with him and his family ...
"In any event, we appealed against the decision of the DRC and the hearing will still proceed on November 16."
