The memorial service for the late Reverend Dr Molefi Seth Pitikoe will be held tomorrow.
It will take place at the Uniting Reformed Church in SA in Tladi, Soweto, at noon.
Pitikoe was moderator of the URCSA from 1999 until last year. He died at the scene last Wednesday after a truck crashed into his car on Main Reef Road.
Pitikoe acted in the TV series Sephiri Sa Bontlenyane in the 1980s and was also a presenter of the former SABC's TV3 religious programme Mahlasedi A Tumelo .
His son Billy said his father's death came less than three weeks after the church celebrated his 40th anniversary as a minister in the same church on October 11.
The funeral service is at the Tladi church on Saturday at 10am, followed by the burial at Fourways Memorial Park at 11:30am.
