Jeff Monnakgotla, Safa's acting director of competitions, confirmed this.
"We visited the area and we can report that we were impressed with the accommodation and sports fields as they meet all our basic requirements," he said.
KwaZulu-Natal claimed the title last year after narrowly piping Free State 3-2 in the final at Bophelong Stadium in Vanderbijlpark.
Meanwhile, Mpumalanga will conduct its final selection at Ackerville Stadium in Witbank. - Richard Nkosi
