Taking a risk by doing traditional music when most of his peers were hurting our ears with fake American accents, Ntando is enjoying the fruit of his courage, innovation and creative brilliance.
Not only are his rhythmic offerings on high rotation but he has gone on to sweep the boards at awards ceremonies.

In a rags-to-riches kind of story Thembisile comes from the small town of Hammersdale in KwaZulu-Natal. Though young when her hometown was in flames in the Midlands, Thembisile nurtured her dream to one day become somebody.
She was set on leaving the desolate poverty, hopelessness and blood letting to heal souls through her music.
Realising that it was going to be a long haul, she pursued her dream through the Coca-Cola Posters. But even then her talent shone among Adilah, so it was not surprising when she finally pursued a solo career on the side. What a voice!
He might have been with another talented jazz group, LaBantu, but as a solo act known as The Prince, Malatjie is sheer magic.
Ever since he started performing sizzling hot numbers he has left bowled-over audiences in his wake.
A unique and childlike innocence encompasses his act in an industry saturated with cynics and lacklustre money-driven performances
