Millions intended to be spent on the health needs of Eastern Cape residents have gone missing from d.
The SACP will be taking legal action against former Cosatu president Willie Madisha and Phillip Dexter, their former treasurer.
This was revealed by SACP general secretary Blade Nzimande yesterday.
Speaking in Durban, Nzimande reiterated his earlier statements that he knew nothing about the R500000 he was accused of pocketing from the SACP coffers.
He said the party was going to take action against Madisha.
"Madisha is a pathological liar, someone who should not be trusted, and so is Dexter," Nzimande said.
"People must know that Dexter is one person who is running away with millions he stole from the SACP and we will be taking action against them."
Nzimande also encouraged members to "crush" anything that stood on ANC's way in ensuring overwhelming victory.
