AmaZulu could not have asked for a better result going into another KwaZulu-Natal Absa Premiership derby against Maritzburg United at Mpumalanga Stadium in Hammarsdale tomorrow at 3.30pm.

The battle-scarred Usuthu are in high spirits for this match after registering a 1-0 win over Thanda Royal Zulu last Sunday.

But they cannot be assured of a win against the Team of Choice .

United's defenders could be troubled by tricky Premiership newcomer Bradley Ritson, if coach Clive Barker uses him.

Ritson, captured from amateur side Stella in the close season, netted against Royal.

Sean Dundee, who threatened Royal when he came as a late substitute, should start tomorrow alongside Myron Shongwe.

United's attack will be led by Brice Aka and he should be ably assisted by Fadlu Davids. Lucky Maselele and Junior Khanye are also key players for United.

Amabhusi, on other hand, will find the going tough against league champions SuperSport United at the Hammarsdale on Sunday. Kickoff is at 3.30pm.

Matsatsantsa are likely to feel the wrath of in-form Royal forward Bernard Parker, who had a great game for Bafana Bafana in an international friendly against Malawi on Tuesday, netting a brace.

But United, guided by the respected Gavin Hunt, remain favourites to win.
