Mamelodi Sundowns' disciplinary case was last night postponed to Tuesday.
The hearing, held at the league's offices in Parktown, involved the Tshwane team's coach Trott Moloto and captain Esrom Nyandoro, who both snubbed the media after their MTN8 Final defeat by Kaizer Chiefs in Durban last week.
PSL prosecutor Zola "Javass" Majavu said that the postponement was requested by the 'Brazilians' who stated that they needed an opportunity to consult further with their attorneys. Majavu said he did not oppose the request because he "saw nothing wrong with it".
"I had to grant them that opportunity because if not, they may cry foul and say the league violated their rights," Majavu said.
Moloto and Nyandoro, who was voted Man of the Match, did not turn up for the press conference as stipulated in the Premier Soccer League's Media Manual.
They were also charged with delaying the recommencement of the second half of the game by five minutes. No further comments will be made on the matter until the hearing has been concluded. Majavu had charged the club with misconduct.
