Ministers show their selfishness

We should not be surprised by the political arrogance and selfishness shown by some of the ministers who served in the Thabo Mbeki cabinet.

We should not be surprised by the political arrogance and selfishness shown by some of the ministers who served in the Thabo Mbeki cabinet.

Had they been serving the country under the pleasure of the movement that deployed them they could have behaved differently.

Their actions areequivalent to opportunism with the intention of destabilising the country, because none of them has been recalled by the ruling ANC.

It is good that the public can now see that these ministers were not serving the country but their master, Mbeki.

Let them go peacefully and refrain from disturbing the ANC from implementing its policies and programmes.

I am quite sure that their actions have persuaded all activists of the movement to unite for the benefit of our country.

I strongly believe that before the end of this month the ANC in government, led by Kgalema Motlanthe, will introduce a capable team of suitable cadres who are prepared to sweat for the organisation and the people of the country.

Manto Tshabalala-Msimang, you are our role model for showing respect to your organisation and rejecting personal interests that seek to please opposition parties.

Gaddafi Mokoteli, Tshwane
