"The suspect lives on the estate," Captain Mick Mngomezulu said yesterday. "He would take his girlfriend to work and pretend that he was also going to work, but he would return to the estate and steal from his neighbours."
He said the man's car was seen at a neighbour's house on Wednesday before it was broken into.
