The Democratic Alliance will lodge a private prosecution against ANC president Jacob Zuma if the national prosecution authority fails to charge him again.
On Friday Judge Chris Nicholson said the NPA had failed to allow Zuma representation before charging him. Butthe NPA could recharge Zuma after following correct procedures.
