In legal documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Krause claims "Caleigh Peters grabbed my head, pulled my hair, threw me to the ground, kicked and punched me repeatedly, kneed me, bloodied my nose, scratched my face and my arms at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood.
"She threatened to kill me. and told me to prepare to die".
It's a repeat charge against Peters, who was accused of attacking model Laura Mary Shields in a LA restaurant last year. - Wenn
