Lwamondo sports ground in Thohoyandou and Tshing stadium in Ventersdorp will be the battle grounds for Limpopo and North West schools in the Vodacom Inter-schools Challenge on Saturday.
The two provinces' championships have been dubbed "A true dog fight" due to the tough contest expected between schools chasing the lucrative prize money and the right to ascend the highest platform in school sport, the School World Cup in Turkey next year.
It is expected that the versatile Hudson Ntsanwisi and Khaiso will dominate the Limpopo encounter.
Other schools that are party to this stiff contest are Mmadikana from Moshate in Mokopane, Mogudi from Tafelkop, while the fifth school from Vhembe district will be decided today.
Seiphemelo of Ikageng are expected to once again beat St Mary's of Mafikeng, maul Sebetwane of Ganyesa and tear apart Eletsa from Britz when they meet to decide North West's representative in the national championship.
Sebetwane remain the underdogs since they have never made it to the national stage, unlike Eletsa who featured more than six times.
Seiphemelo made their national debut earlier this year.
The two provincial champions and their runner-ups will join Mpumalanga's Langa and Ithafa, Northern Cape's Riet Rivier and Orion as well as Free State's Reinyakaletse and Concordia in the national championships.
