Soweto police are looking for two men accused of rape and murder.
Meadowlands police have been looking for Stanley Leshiba, aged between 26 and 30, for almost a year. It is alleged that on September 29, Leshiba raped a Braamfischerville woman in her home.
Captain Lindiwe Mbatha said they were also looking for Hlakanipha Shabangu who is accused of murdering his girlfriend at Dube Hostel in May.
"Shabangu disappeared after the incident. A case of murder has been opened against him," said Mbatha.
Anyone with information on Leshiba's whereabouts can contact Constable Elias Qaba 073-367-6941. Anyone with information about Shabangu's whereabouts can contact Detective Inspector Thulani Hlungwani on 011-983-3300.
