Johannesburg deputy judge president Phineas Mojapelo has yet to assign a judge to preside over the trial into the murder of Avhatakali Netshisualu, son of City Press editor-in-chief Mathatha Tsedu.
"Mojapelo is of the view that the case is high-profile and is taking time to find a particular judge," said Judge Nico Coetzee.
This is the fourth time that the trial has been postponed because there was no judge allocated to the case. The accused, Mulalo Sivhidzo, the deceased's wife, appeared irritated by the postponement.
The case was postponed to Wednesday.
