If dance is your passion the Shield Teens No Sweat Dance Challenge is a competition that will make your dream come true.

It is aimed at giving young girls between 12 and 18 the opportunity to kickstart a career in dancing.

Shield Teens spokesman Ethen Whitley says they are looking for people who have a sense of rhythm and lots of determination.

The challenge will give 20 finalists a chance to take part in workshops and learn more about dancing and its career opportunities. The winner will receive a prize of R50000 to go towards a career in dance.

"Teenagers who want to enter the competition just need to SMS Shield Teens and get more information on Shield products," Whitley says.

Auditions start in Pretoria on Friday and Saturday at the Menlyn Park Shopping Centre and continue on August 8 and 9 at the Gateway Theatre in Durban. In Cape Town they will take place on August 15 and 16 at Canal Walk. The last auditions will be at the Clearwater Mall, Johannesburg.
