Mongezi Jinxela, the country's worst serial rapist, is serving 55 life terms for his dastardly deeds.
Serving time at the Kokstad Prison, Jinxela has now gone on a hunger strike, demanding to be incarcerated closer to his family in Gauteng. Nonsense.
Prison authorities must reject his request since he has no right to decide where he should serve his sentence.
He is obviously looking to escape from a torrid time in one of the toughest jails in the country.
