Robert Mugabe and Morgan Tsvangirai should be applauded for coming to the negotiation table. All Africans living on the continent and in the rest of the world are breathing a sigh of relief because of recent developments.

Let us keep our fingers crossed that the memorandum of understanding paves the way for unity. Political and economic hardships have caused untold suffering in Zimbabwe.

All Africans must hold hands and pray that everything in Zimbabwe will come right.
