Three weeks after the burglary at Nigerian guitarist Kunle Ayo's house in Ormonde, the policeman have yet to arrest the suspects.

Constable Mzi Zoza of the Honeydew police station said the fingerprint report came back negative from Krugersdorp's local criminal records (LCR).

"That means we are back to square one," Zoza said. "We will follow up on any suspect put forward by the complainant.

"We also welcome any information from members of the public that will help us bring the perpetrators to book."

The burglary happened while Ayo and his wife Mantwa were asleep.

"We heard nothing," Ayo said. "That's why we were so surprised to discover that our house had been burgled.

"They stole our plasma screen, a collection of CDs and a music system."
