The memorial service of Vincent Elijah Msibi will be held at Akasia Hall, Pretoria North, today at 10am.
Msibi, 52, died in a car accident in Swaziland on Saturday after the memorial service for his uncle George Msibi.
Friend and business partner Nkali Matlala said: "He died in an accident after he attended the memorial service of his uncle on Sunday."
Msibi was involved in companies that included Phodiso Investments, Legae Private Clinic, African Renaissance Holdings, Tsogo Investments, and Diamond Trading Company.
Msibi will be buried on Saturday in Barberton, Mpumalanga.
