A church is a place of worship where most people get spiritual healing.
It is a temple where ministers of religion are expected to preach the word of God and comfort those in distress.
But wherever human beings congregate, there is bound to be disagreements and the church is no exception.
Wrangles in the church are as common as congregants targeting priests over such matters as maladministration and corruption.
A case in point is the month-old feud between members of the Methodist Church in Soweto and a minister, which has now reached boiling point.
It should be remembered that dialogue remains a viable option even when the heat is on.
