"My name is Chumani Jijana.

"My name is Chumani Jijana.

"I was born on October 29 1994 in Umtata, Eastern Cape. I am presently in Grade 8 at the Mzimvubu Junior Secondary School and I want to become a professional footballer after I complete my studies.

"Being part of Shona Khona is a dream come true. I started playing football when I was nine years old.

" At present I play for the under-15s of Tembu Royals Football Club. I play in any midfield position, but I am most comfortable playing right wing.

"I love setting up penetrating passes to attack, to get into top-scoring positions and to confuse opposition defenders.

"My favourite local player is Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana midfield maestro Surprise Moriri. I love the way he thinks and distributes the ball.

"Internationally, my favourite player is Lionel Messi. He is very unpredictable and a match winner.
