Twenty-eight female guards were unfairly dismissed by a security company because the client‚ Metrora.
The assault case against kwaito star Bonginkosi Dlamini, popularly known as Zola, was postponed in the Protea magistrate's court on Friday.
His lawyer was not available owing to a family emergency. The case was postponed to July 4.
Dlamini, who hosts his own television show Zola 7 on SABC1, allegedly assaulted 19-year-old Thato Philane.
Dlamini allegedly accused Philane of stealing money from hismother. The incident happened in April.
It is not the first time that Dlamini finds himself on the wrong side of the law.
In 2004 he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer and obstructing the course of justice.
The charges were, however, withdrawn when the magistrate found that there no substantial evidence proving that Dlamini committed the crime.
Zola shot to fame when he played the notorious gangster, Papa Action, in Yizo Yizo 2. He later released his first album Umdlwembe, which elevated him to the status of one of the country's top kwaito musicians.
