A new look for Telkom

Saudi-owned telecommunications company Oger Telecom is pressing forward with its bid to purchase fixed line monopoly Telkom. Oger wants to combine its share in Cell C with Telkom to produce a converged telecommunications service provider similar to those found in its Middle Eastern and Asian operations.
