The games will be played on June 21 and 28 at Nelspruit Rugby Stadium.
Mahlubi Puzi, the South Africa Rugby Union's manager for women's rugby development, said they expected the selected players to be the core of the Women's Rugby World Cup in 2010.
"The purpose of assembling an Under-20 team is to build up towards the World Cup in 2010," said Puzi.
