Working class, poor must form own party

I live in Fox Street, near Jeppe Primary School in Johannesburg. Every afternoon our electricity is cut off. This prevents us from cooking, like other people in our area.

Only poor people's electricity is cut off in Fox Street. I believe this is another strategy of the government to save electricity.

But why must we suffer while our neighbours enjoy electricity? This has been happening for the past nine days. I think our street has been targeted to save electricity for the city.

This government is continuously betraying voters. As long as they get their salaries, everything is fine with them. As long as Eskom remains privatised, poor communities will suffer. I believe that poor people and the working class must form their own political party that will make their interests a priority.

The ANC and the other political parties in parliament have betrayed the masses.
