Correctional Services said that “matters are under control” at Johannesburg’s Sun City Prison on Wed.
A 23-year-old Amandawe man, accused of raping two little girls aged five and nine, is expected to apply for bail in the Scottburgh magistrate's court tomorrow.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the children, lived in a nearby homestead.
It is alleged that the suspect lured the victims by inviting them to play a game with him in the bush nearby.
He undressed the girls and while raping them, told them that what he was doing was the game he had invited them for.
He allegedly threatened to kill them if they said anything to anyone.
